Automation
Automation consists of programming a PLC panel or industrial computer to control an electrical system. Systems like temperature control systems which make use of thermal probes to detect temperature variations and apply a logically appropriate action to rectify the variation.

acquisition (SCADA) is a system of software and hardware elements that allows industrial organizations to control and monitor industrial processes at remote locations.
IOT programming
Internet-of-Things (IoT) is a system of interrelated computing devices that are provided with unique identifiers and the ability to transfer data over a network. The micro computers are interrelated, cost effective and expertly efficient at a specific process and are designed for less industrial processes.

Our team of enthusiastic installers have done the installation and refurbishment of South Africa’s largest macadamia factory. We have the know-how and experience necessary to tackle any task.

We offer maintenance services on all electrical equipment but we specialise in PLC and automation breakdowns and general maintenance.
Panels
Systeco designs and builds automated control panels for a range of industries ranging from single to multi automated control systems. Systeco is also a Phoenix Contact system integrator and a preferred seller of Unitronics PLC’s. We pride ourselves in building panels of the highest quality and include features such as a custom QR code for each panel to allow for quick access to panel drawings and supporting documentation.
Power quality
We do power quality logging, as well as power factor correction. The benefits of logging the power usage are that you know exactly how much power you have used over a week, month, or season.
Programming
We are a team of enthusiastic, young minds that look for ways to save you money through optimising programs. We specialise in programming factories so that they use only the required power and not a drop more.
